Reliance Mutual Fund aimed to gain deeper insight into user behavior. They needed a precise measurement setup that showed how visitors moved across the site. Their AJAX platform made data capture and funnel tracking hard because page loads did not follow a standard pattern.
They also struggled to shape a clear plan for personalization and optimization during a large scale site rebuild along with the launch of new digital properties.
DWAO partnered with Reliance Mutual Fund to define clear implementation needs and set up a unified data storage and governance framework for all digital assets. This improved consistency and visibility across platforms. We also enhanced page performance after deploying Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics which helped the site load faster and record user actions with higher accuracy.
After implementation we conducted detailed workshops for product, marketing, and senior leadership teams to help them understand and use the new setup effectively. This strengthened their ability to make data informed decisions.
Our Adobe Target consultants also ran structured four point ideation sessions which gave teams a simple and clear roadmap for ongoing optimization and personalization.
But we did not stop there. Reliance Mutual Fund now reviews dashboards each day to track behavior shifts that change with the market. We added third party data sources to enable source wise performance study inside Adobe Workspace. We also built funnels for AJAX based and single page setups and kept refining the data layer to push accuracy beyond ninety five percent.
A strong focus on user experience lifted results for new and returning users. With steady personalization and clear optimization paths conversion rates grew at a rapid pace. Each month five to ten new tests roll out across segments to keep growth steady.
