Max Life Insurance Company Limited, based in New Delhi, stands as India’s largest private-sector life insurer operating independently of any bank affiliation.
Aligned CRM data and custom KPIs with GA4 data using the GA4 Explore feature and its scalable capabilities, including slicing, dicing, and custom metrics.
Addressed GA4 and Looker Studio quota errors that previously limited our ability to access data and generate insightful analysis.
GA4 was integrated with BigQuery to allow seamless, ongoing export of raw event data for comprehensive analysis. A custom schema was developed to align with the CRM framework, ensuring consistent data mapping. Customized dashboards were created in Looker Studio, harnessing BigQuery’s processing power, alongside thorough data validation and cleansing. This alignment of GA4 data with CRM records via BigQuery greatly reduced data discrepancies, delivering more accurate and actionable insights.

To be able to roll out dashboards via GCP Big Query has been one of the biggest enablers for our MaxLife Ecom Business.
