GA4 was integrated with BigQuery to allow seamless, ongoing export of raw event data for comprehensive analysis. A custom schema was developed to align with the CRM framework, ensuring consistent data mapping. Customized dashboards were created in Looker Studio, harnessing BigQuery’s processing power, alongside thorough data validation and cleansing. This alignment of GA4 data with CRM records via BigQuery greatly reduced data discrepancies, delivering more accurate and actionable insights.
